Fauziah reached out to HCSA SPIN when she chanced upon a brochure at a Family Service Centre, hoping to seek help for her circumstances.

Amidst her struggles, Fauziah discovered her inner strength with the help of the SPIN Care Team, who provided her with crucial counselling services. Through these sessions, she was able to identify issues related to her children's education and experience significant personal growth.

Her counsellor, Zaakira, played a key role in this transformation, ensuring that pertinent issues were brought to the attention of her caseworker. It was during this time that Fauziah began to find her purpose, driven by a newfound sense of accountability and the unwavering support of her community.
